A lovely flat just minutes from a bus stop to take you into the city or the beach or up north, so excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from the main Neutral Bay cafe strip so spoilt for choice with food. Massive park under 10 mins walk away. Great modern funky furnishings and some thoughtful touches like body soap and hairdryer.

We had a lovely weekend in this wonderfully bright, spacious and well-equipped apartment - there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. It's in a really good location near shops, restaurants and transport links. We enjoyed breakfast on the great little patio which actually feels quite secluded. There's quite a lot of traffic noise in the apartment if the front doors and windows are open but if they're shut, you wouldn't know you're right by the main road. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The space

The kitchen is modern, functional and very well equipped with stone bench tops, induction cooktop, coffee machine, dishwasher and water dispensing fridge.

The kitchen is designed for the cook of the family. All the equipment you need to cook up a storm is available, including serving platters and quality crockery.

There is a large timber dining room table which easily seats eight people.

The lounge area has a three seater sofa and two large chairs all overlooking the beautifully lake and mountain views. The cocoon ethanol fireplace ensures this room is always warm and cosy.

There is a smart TV on the wall which connects to your internet streaming device, quickly accessing Netflix and a Bluetooth sound bar.

The main Bedroom has a comfortable queen bed facing the snow capped mountains views. Two large sliding doors directly access the rear deck. This room is on the opposite side of the house to the other two bedrooms and has an ensuite bathroom. Quality white linen is provided and included in the price of your stay.

Bedroom 2 has a comfortable queen bed and large window door accessing the side deck.

Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds comfortably sleeping four guests, large window door access to the side deck.

There is a main bathrooms and a full laundry with washing machine, dryer and ski gear drying area.

The house is built to the highest standards of European thermal insulation, ensuring the house stays warm in winter and cool in summer.

Thick wall, floor and roof insulation along with double glazed Argon gas filled windows guarantee that this expectation is achieved.

All the bedrooms have heating along with a cocoon ethanol fire in the lounge ensuring a toastie warm house throughout the coldest winters.

The house pallet is a soothing Scandinavian grey with floorboards throughout ensuring a calm home away from home.

The large rear deck had expansive views over Lake Jindabyne and all the way to Mount Kosciusko.

The deck includes a large eight seater outdoor table, super comfy chairs and a large BBQ. It is the ultimate spot for afternoon drinks while watching the sun set over the lake and ranges.
